According to someone on reddit since after 123.0, the "Continuity Camera" can not be selected as a video source anymore. (I can't really test this myself)

Continuity Camera: Use iPhone as a webcam for Mac

The user posted an update and claims it fixed now. Would be good if someone with macOS and iPhone could test this.
