Is this a test expectation parsing issue? Not sure what happened to this failure because we mark FAIL for all other platforms. This TEST-UNEXPECTED-FAIL seems weird to me because we do use FAIL for this test.
Perhaps a better way to fix this is to implement animation-range (Bug 1804775).

HI,
I'm a little bit confused about the orange factor. Basically, we don't support animation-range, so marking it as FAIL or intermittent makes sense, and that is what we are doing in its expectation file (i.e. .ini file).
Also I don't see any new failures in the past week. So I'm wondering does this mean we cannot reproduce this anymore or our CI just disabled this test?

Thanks. This makes senses to me. These are unsupported features so it's reasonable to let wpt-sync change the expectation.
