Regression range
Not a regression.

The minor overlapping of the control borders while on HCM is an access-S4 issue because the feature is accessible for users with minor defects. In this case, the majority of the clickable area shown on HCM is not overlapping leaving users with less chances of clicking wrong element, especially when the gross motor skills and/or pointer precision is not sharp for the user.

This appears to be an accessibility issue on the side of the chatbot service. Firefox team would need to pass this information to the provider, but until it is resolved, I'm marking this bug as stalled.
