I tried to reproduce and get a screenshot but it didn't reproduce on try after many retriggers. I got a different timeout, but it failed to screenshot (I applied to patch so that crashtest timeouts will get a screenshot, they usually don't thats bug 1892364), I filed bug 1912561 for screenshots on wayland.

I suspect another crashtest open windows and failed to clean them up (but it only fails to clean up intermitently) and so the refresh driver wasn't ticking.
