After deleting all history, the 'Search' icon remains clickable

Steps to reproduce
- Click the '...' button
- Click the 'History' button
- Click the 'Delete' icon
- Select 'Everything' radio button
- Click the 'Delete' button
Expected behavior
After deletion, the 'Search' icon should be greyed out and not clickable, similar to the 'Delete' icon.
Actual Behavior:
The 'Search' icon remains clickable even after selecting 'Everything' and deleting the history.
