- The video stream of some WebRTC platforms shows incorrect colors (discoloration).

Steps to reproduce
- Load https://mozilla.github.io/webrtc-landing/gum_test.html
- Click on Camera and Microphone
- Allow the webcam and microphone permission.
Expected result
- Correct coloration of video stream is observed.
Actual result
- Incorrect coloration of video stream is observed.
Regression range
- Potentially regressed by: 1911920
Additional notes
- This issue appears to be specific to my system. It could not be reproduced on a different Windows 10.
- This issue can not be captured using PrintScreen functionality; the captured screen is correctly displayed.
- The cause could not be determined, beyond the found regressor.

can you paste the contents of about:support?
Do you have a HDR enabled monitor? If yes, this may be the same as bug 1912677.
