Tapping outside the delete prompt window closes it instantly on 'Bookmarks' page

Steps to reproduce
- Click the '...' button
- Click the 'Bookmarks' button
- Click the 'Delete' icon
- Tap anywhere on the screen, outside of the prompt window
Expected Behavior
The prompt window should remain open and should only close or cancel the deletion process if the user taps on the "CANCEL" button.
Actual Behavior
The prompt window closes instantly when tapping outside of it, effectively selecting "CANCEL" without user confirmation.

This seems to be intended behavior. Tagging the triage owner for confirmation.

This is working as intended. Tapping the shroud on dialogs in Android will dismiss them.
