1912955 - Add 'close other tabs ' option to tab counter pop-up

We should have a similar option to the desktop one that allows us to close all tabs except the current one.

It should be noted that, due to the implementation of the tab pop-up list, we are unable to pick tabs and shut tabs other than the ones we have selected, like we can do on Fenix's Tabs Tray.
