ETP set to STRICT

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Navigate to: https://watch.talk.tv/live/1153
  2. Observe

Expected Behavior:
Cookie policy is triggered

Actual Behavior:
Cookie policy is missing

Notes:

  • Reproduces in ETP Strict Mode only
  • Reproduces in Firefox Nightly, and Firefox Release
  • Does not reproduce in Chrome
