Steps to reproduce

  1. Open about:preferences#search from the Unified desktop search button dropdown
  2. Open a new window and select Search settings again from the Unified desktop search dropdown

Expected result

  • about:preferences#search tab that was open in the first window (step 1) is brought into view

Actual result

  • Current tab flashes, about:preferences#search is not put in foreground. If another tab from the first window is selected before opening the second window, the focus will be moved to about:preferences#search tab, while still in background.
