Steps to reproduce

1. Launch Firefox and open a new tab.
2. Click on the dedicated search button.

Expected result

• Focus ring should not be applied.

Actual result

• Focus ring is applied on the first search engine on the list - default Google.

Regression range

• Not a regression.

Additional notes

• Might not be an issue, but upon focusing the address bar afterwards and re-opening the dropdown the focus doesn’t appear anymore.

Verified as fixed on Firefox Nightly 132.0a1 on Windows 10, Ubuntu 22, macOS 14.
