Steps to reproduce

1. Visit https://127.0.0.1/.
2. Click the 'Try Again' button.
3. Pull to refresh.

Expected Results

The loading progress bar should reach the end of the page, indicating a completed attempt to load the website.

Actual Behavior

In Step 1, 2, and 3, the loading progress bar fails to reach the end of the page, indicating that the loading process does not complete.

I tested this issue on various websites, including "www.google.com", "www.wikipedia.org" and "https://m.youtube.com/" and so on. All of these sites exhibit the same problem.
