The site says something like "optimized for IE" which is an euphemism since it
simply doesn't work on Mozilla. So I guess it's sloppy coding and I'm posting it
as a tech evangelism bug.

First the site depends on pop-ups which is ugly enough. It first loads the Java
plugin and the opens two popups. After closing the smaller one the big popup
which is the main window remains blank. Using IE a navigation menu loads.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enable popups for this site.
2. Enter www.igb.ch
3. Close the smaller popup window.

Actual Results:  
The popup is blank.

Expected Results:  
Mozilla should load the menu.
