Preconditions:
- Strict ETP enabled
Steps to reproduce:
- Go to https://www.scad.edu
- Scroll down the page.
- Observe the behavior.
Expected Behavior:
The elements/articles load correctly.
Actual Behavior:
The elements are stuck loading.
Notes:
- Reproduces in ETP Strict Mode only
- Reproduces in Firefox Nightly, and Firefox Release
- Does not reproduce in Chrome
