This came up from some discussions with :dholbert. Something developers like to do is see how many data points are in the comparison between the before/after commit for an alert. It's difficult to see this in the alert summary, and also difficult to retrigger from there.

To resolve this, we should provide a direct link to a comparison view of the data between the alerting commit, and the commit before it. This way developers can more easily see what all the metrics look like, how they differ, and add additional retriggers if needed for confirming the change.
