Expected Behavior:
Login page is displayed correctly

The images are not loaded
Notes:
- Reproduces in ETP Strict Mode only
- Reproduces in Firefox Nightly, and Firefox Release
- Does not reproduce in Chrome

We can reproduce this issue regardless of the ETP State.

The image files, like https://static.seedr.cc/images/g_icon.png, are 404'ing with a Firefox UA, and relivering an image with the Chrome UA. I have no clue either.
