[Prerequisites]:

• Have the following prefs in the "about:config" page:
  • browser.search.region set to US
  • browser.newtabpage.activity-stream.asrouter.devtoolsEnabled set to true

[Steps to reproduce]:

1. Open the browser using the profile from the prerequisites.
2. Open a new tab and click the "Expand devtools" button from the top-right part of the page.
3. Observe the "Discovery Stream Admin" page.

[Expected result]:

• All the elements are correctly displayed and rendered.

[Actual result]:

• The topic labels of the Pocket cards are displayed over the elements from the "Discovery Stream Admin" page.
