Steps to reproduce:
Linux fedora 6.10.6-200.fc40.x86_64 , Mozilla Firefox 129.0.2 , regardless of the video player, when I move forward the video and then move backward it, the video stuck on single frame. the bug usually happens on most of the streaming platforms that I use and video players. The effect is not restricted to the youtube videos. Firefox is updated
Actual results:
The video freezes, and after ~few seconds it continues to show subsequent frame
