Thanks! I can reproduce this bug in Beta 130 and Nightly 131 on my Samsung Galaxy A32 and Moto G5, whether I'm logged into YouTube or not. I can also reproduce in Fx 129 on my Samsung Galaxy A32, but I can't reproduce in Fx 129 on my Moto G5. Maybe Moto G5's smaller screen size makes the bug not reproducible?
@ QA, can you reproduce this bug in Fx 129 or Beta 130 on any other devices? I'm curious what is different between my two devices that I can reproduce on one, but not that other.
I suspect this is recent regression in Firefox or YouTube. If YouTube's settings icon didn't work in full screen mode, I'm sure we would have heard about it earlier. :)

Nicolas, I bisected this YouTube regression to your fix for webrender::quad::push_quad crash bug 1896979:

I've tested this on the latest releases, Nightly 131.0a1 from 08/27, Beta 130.0b9, Release 129.0.2 and RC 130.0 build 1, with Google Pixel 8 Pro (Android 14), and I believe that this issue is related to the cookie consent decision: the issue is reproducible with any device as long as the website cookies are rejected in the cookies consent screen.
After clearing the cookies from the website and selecting the "Accept all" option in the cookies consent screen, the settings button can be accessed without issues while in fullscreen mode. I've attached a video recording with the two behaviors.

Claudiu, can you test if this is also the case for you?
Try to clear cookies and site data for youtube.com from the quick panel, refresh the page and accept all cookies in the consent prompt. You should be able to interact with the settings icon now.

At this moment I have tested and I seem to see that this problem no longer exists, regardless of whether I accept cookies or not or whether I have logged in the account or not. But it would be good to test this error again.

I don't think this patch could have caused the issue.

I can longer reproduce this bug either (in Nightly 131 or Beta 130), so I'll close this bug for now.
