Steps to reproduce:

STR

  1. Create new profile
  2. Set in about:preferences -> “Manual proxy configuration” some SOCKS5 proxy (127.0.0.1:9050 for example)
  3. Set about:config -> network.http.speculative-parallel-limit; 0 and network.dns.disablePrefetch; true
  4. Open any site (not loaded before)
