Steps to reproduce

1. Have a VPN set to CA
2. Have at least one address added in Settings>Autofill>Add/Manage addresses.
3. Go to https://www.redbubble.com/ select one or more items and go to checkout.
4. Tap on one of the fields that activates autofill, and select an address.

Expected behavior

All the fields should successfully auto-fill.

Actual behavior

The 'address and 'email' fields are not autofilled on https://www.redbubble.com/

Please note that the fields that are not working, also don't trigger the address dropdown.

This failed to fill city and postal and phone and even refused to show the prompt on those fields and the email field. The same thing is happening on desktop. Attaching to the autofill themes meta.
