191497 - no option to select individual folders when importing from Outlook Express 5/6

When importing mail messages, or mail account settings, there is no option to
select one or two folders, instead Mozilla imports everything, and one must them
delete what one doesn't want. Also, importing mail account settings (if one has
more than one account set up) imports all accounts, and it is next to impossible
to delete an unwanted account.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Tools/Import.../Mail/Outlook Express
2. Tools/Import.../Settings/Outlook Express
3.

Actual Results:  
All OE Folders (or accounts) are imported, with no option for deselecting
unwanted folders or settings

Expected Results:  
Bring up an intermediate dialog after Tools/Import/Mail (or settings)/Outlook
Express/ with the available folders (or accounts) listed, where one can select
or deselect the individual folders or accounts one wishes to import.

Also, give one the option to be able to select where one would like the folders
imported TO: i.e.; instead of importing everything to "Local Folders", perhaps
one would like to import one or two folders to a subfolder in an existing
account. Also, when importing account settings, give the option to have all
accounts use the same inbox, sent, trash, and other folders...  Instead, Mozilla
creates multiple default folders for each account, and that is confusing
(especially to new users).
