The Pref tree overlay for ChatZilla, prefsOverlay.xul, uses hardcoded label
names that aren't localizable.
Please move those to pref-irc.dtd as well.

This is fixed in the 0.8.20 xpi available at
http://www.hacksrus.com/~ginda/chatzilla/. The entity names already exist in
the .dtd, so localizers won't need to make any changes.
