Environment:
Operating system: Linux
Firefox version: Firefox 129.0
Steps to reproduce:
- Navigate to: https://github.com/codespaces
- Click on the "New codespace" button located in the top right hand corner
- Select a repository and click on the "Create codespace" button
- Observe
Expected Behavior:
Instance is created
Actual Behavior:
The page is offline
Notes:
- Reproduces in ETP Strict Mode only
- Reproduces in Firefox Nightly, and Firefox Release
- Does not reproduce in Chrome

Copying over investigation from Emma in Bug 1915680 comment 2:
It seems like TP blocks https://marketplace.visualstudio.com which breaks parts of github.dev. I wonder if visualstudio.com should be on the same entity as github.dev. Is this both Microsoft?
