  • Clean profile

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Navigate to: https://vehicleenquiry.service.gov.uk/
  2. Observe

Expected Behavior:
Page loads

Actual Behavior:
"Secure connection failed" when first accessing the page with ETP set to STRICT

Notes:

  • Not reproducible with ETP STANDARD/turned OFF (both Normal and Private Browsing)
  • Reproducible on the latest Nightly
