UA spoofing (Set general.useragent.override
to Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/128.0.0.0 Safari/537.36
) seems to fix the issue.

This is a homepage for an old addon, Stylish, which requires that addon to be installed to be of any use. We could still ship an intervention here, but it will need to also update the site's button to download their extension, to take the user to AMO rather than the chrome web store. In addition, while that might not be a big deal, looking at the addon's reviews and general reputation, I don't know whether it even works on Firefox anymore, even if we spoof. There are also concerns that it's a copy of another addon that is spyware. Given this, I'm not sure whether we want to even try shipping an intervention at all.
Just for Info...
userstyles.org
loads fine with Chrome but is slow and often times out with Firefox. I tested by changing the Firefox's user-agent to Chrome and the site loaded quickly which might suggest that the slowness is intentional.
There are other issues with the site which might suggest that the site is not maintained.
