Steps to reproduce

  1. Open "about:preferences".
  2. Navigate with keyboard to "Manage Colors" button.
  3. Press enter to open the sub-dialog.

Also works with other dialogs, like "Fonts" "Advanced".

Result

No visible focus outline. Need to press Tab to see focus again, and shift-Tab to return to the same position.

Expect

A focus outline on the focused element to visually know where the keyboard focus is.
