Most changing bug status nicely talk about it in the comments they append. But
some don't (example below).

Wouldn't it be a good idea to have the sytem add one line e.g.
*** Status Changen NEW --> WONT ****
When this happens?

One example is  http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=97292, where already
#2 made it a "wontfix", but this is only seen when I go into activity... (which
can be very hard to read in those 100+ comment bugs)
