Steps to reproduce:

Deleted history items, either all at once or one by one.

Actual results:

The history items were deleted, the deleted items do not show up in the history list anymore, but autocomplete in the search bar persists in using deleted history items, which suggests that either a cache or the history itself isn't completely removed from memory or storage when deleted.
An workaround is to disable "Search browsing history" in the Search settings menu. (Three-dots -> Settings -> Search -> Address Bar - Firefox Suggest -> Disable "Search browsing history" toggle)

Only re-installing the Firefox browser seems to fix the issue, but all of your data will get deleted, which is not very practical.

The phone I'm using runs on Android 12, Samsung Galaxy A41.

Expected results:

Deleted history items should not show up anymore in the address bar as suggestions, when autocomplete from history is enabled.
