When this page is printed, the sketched graphic on the upper right is printed
just fine, but the text (both along side and below the graphic and below the
devider near the bottom of the page, comes out as a series of large black rectange.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Open http://members.aol.com/_ht_a/billferris/horsehead.html
2.  Print
3.  Profit???

Actual Results:  
Black rectangles in place of text

Expected Results:  
Print the text

This seem to happen on other pages on this site, for instance
http://members.aol.com/_ht_a/billferris/n2024.html also exhibits this problem.

Yes, we may want to make all this stuff suck less in   general... but I think
we should fix the obvious problem.

Could this please be approved for 1.3b?  All this does it to make blocks and
inlines follow the printing pref for backgrounds (as tables and the canvas
already do) and makes sure that form controls keep ignoring that pref, as they
have been.....
