Attaching file is an example to see the issue. There's a green horizontal bar at the bottom of the page, the bar is originally covered by the dynamic toolbars, the height needs to be the same height of url bar + nav bar, but it doesn't.

If the green bar should have the same height as the toolbar (probably from setDynamicToolbarMaxHeight) then it seems like the bug exists even without the navbar?

Not sure what is the proposed fix / who should handle this - the bug sits in "Fenix - toolbar" but seems like it should be fixed in Gecko?

Huh, you are right. I happened to test without meta viewport tag.
