Steps to reproduce:
Have Firefox opened for a few hours with normal use.
Actual results:
Creating more tabs increases ram uses, but doesn't decrease when closing the tabs (or even the windows), ram usage just 'stacks' and is only cleared up when I fully quit Firefox. After closing all tabs I end up with an application taking up ~20GB of ram with only 1 tab open.
Expected results:
Ram usage should correlate with the amount of tabs open in the browser, daily restarts of the application should not be necessary to keep my system functioning normally.

Memory report, resident-phys-footprint at 29gb. idk what vsize is but its 440gb? This is what happens every few days until I restart firefox. My OS compresses the memory so that it doesn't push everything into swap, but when I open other applications swap is used excessively because firefox constantly puts pressure on the memory.
