Attachment: Repeated bubble in console message, in high contrast mode

Since the background color is removed, it feels like a weird floating text (see screenshot)

triaging as S3 because item is visible in HCM (assuming it is rendering with the theme Text/Background colours instead of Button colours)
if it is instead using static colours, please upgrade to S2. Thanks :)

Use CanvasText for the background so it's consistent with its design in regular mode.
