1916364 - Selecting multiple downloads does not update the number in the toolbar

Steps to reproduce

1. Download multiple files (images, audio files, documents, etc.).
2. Go to three-dot menu - Downloads, and long-tap on one of them in order to select it.
3. Tap on another downloaded file and observe if the selected file's number increased.

Expected behavior

The number of the selected downloaded files increases every time a file is selected.

Actual behavior

The number of the selected downloaded files remains to "1 selected" - as seen in the short video.

Device information

• Firefox version: all (130.0, Beta 131.0b1, Nightly 132.0a1)
• Android devices: Samsung Galaxy S24 (Android 14), Xiaomi Mi8 Lite (Android 10)

Any additional information?

• not reproducible when selecting multiple history entries
