This has been reported by CPeterson on Slack, but multiple people including Chris and me can reproduce.
Typing short strings, like "mar" returns fewer than 10 results, one of those results is a Wikipedia suggestion.
I used mozregression to find a range for this and I ended up in Bug 1914545, it's possible we are counting the many results returned by suggest as actually present, even if the muxer discards them?
