Since Firefox 129, our experimental CDP implementation is deprecated, so we are putting minimal effort into fixing issues. However, the Pup(cdp) jobs are still listed as Tier 1 on Treeherder, which can lead to patch backouts when these tests fail. To prevent unnecessary backouts, we should move the test job to Tier 2. This way, sheriffs will still file bugs for intermittent failures, allowing us to investigate and decide if they are worth addressing.

I wonder if we should include the cdp specific tests of the remote job which would mean that we would have to split the job into cdp and the rest.
