As a follow-up to the patch Bug 1898609, we want to add a marionette test in test_refresh_firefox.py testing the refresh flow for profile refresh at first startup (such as when triggered by the stub installer). This bug will be updated with notes from the discussion in the patch from Bug 1898609.
