We want to fuzz all SSL options that are actively used, as such it would make sense to have a test that detects and fails if a new and unfuzzed SSL option is added in the future. The SSL options are defined here: https://searchfox.org/nss/rev/6a07aeb98232e29b12f587b6a143759c1e38236e/lib/ssl/ssl.h#69

To ensure that all SSL options are also fuzzed in the future, add a test that fails if a new, and not in the fuzzed SSL options set contained, SSL option is detected.
