  2. Observe the page.

Expected Behavior:
Mobile site displayed.

Actual Behavior:
Desktop site instead of mobile site.

Notes:

  • Reproduces regardless of the status of ETP
  • Reproduces in Firefox Nightly, and Firefox Release
  • Does not reproduce in Chrome
