This is a meta bug that tracks bugs related to decoupling the responsibility of test segmentation from our local fork of browsermt/bergamot-translator to be fully handled by Gecko instead of by Bergamot.

When this is complete, Bergamot's only responsibility will be to translate pre-segmented plain text provided by Gecko.
