These may be two different issues:
- I can't seem to make Nightly submit telemetry. When I increment the pref and restart, the pref gets decremented to 0
- There are no Android pings in the data set. When investigating errors I found several that say
com.mozilla.telemetry.ingestion.core.schema.SchemaNotFoundException: No such docType: org-mozilla-fenix/user-characteristicswhich almost certainly explains that.
