Steps to reproduce:
The new toolbar is shown when a video is in portrait mode. When we enter to put a video in portrait mode, the toolbar appears at the bottom while watching the video.
Actual results:
The new toolbar is displayed in videoplvlip in portrait mode.
Expected results:
The new toolbar should not be displayed on a video set in portrait mode.
