Steps to reproduce

1. Add a PDF file to Firefox.
2. Add an image to the pdf file.
3. Click not now at the Alt Text modal if presented.

Expected result

• The added images should not resize themselves.

Actual result

• The added images keep shrinking and resizing.

Verified as fixed in our latest Beta 131.0b5 and our latest Nightly builds. This issue was fixed with Bug 1917686
