Steps to reproduce:

  1. Start a Wayland session in KDE.
  2. Open any youtube video in Firefox.
  3. Click the "Watch Picture in Picture" button.
  4. Click on the original Firefox window behind the popped out video.

Works as expected under KDE X11 and with Chromium under KDE Wayland as well.

Actual results:

The popped out video window is now hidden behind Firefox's main window instead of staying on top.
