Instead of dragging and dropping rubberband outlines of images, text and other
elements, we need to show the image of the actual object being dragged around
under the mouse. Much slicker, much better WYSIWYG experience. Alpha blending
the thing being dragged may or may not be desirable.

We have some #ifdeffed out code for translucent image dragging on Mac. This will
require work on each platform.
