moz-phab version (from moz-phab --version): 1.6.0
Python version (from python3 --version): 3.10.5
OS: Windows 11

STR:

  • moz-phab uplift --train release a patch with a r=foo in the title

And then there is a message:
!! Missing reviewers

This is happening because we strip reviewers before submitting to Phabricator. We should avoid logging that message when running moz-phab uplift.
