Certain files are not getting picked up by the formatters, e.g., settings.py.

This bug needs to be bumped in priority. It's not acceptable to see PRs with code formatting issues when Lando has had style tests in CI for years.

Thanks for bumping this, been on the radar for a while but now is probably the right time to do it since there are more UI changes.
Modifying title as the "django" context is implied from the meta bug that depends on this one.
