Attachment: Bug 1918415 - [devtools] Fix accessibility selected node badges in High Contrast Mode. r=#devtools-reviewers,#accessibility-frontend-reviewers.

This redefines the 2 variables used for badges when they're on a selected
tree node.
We take this as an opportunity to fix the use of an undefined variable
for the badge border.
