QA was able to test 8.1 and didn't see any issues. I don't think we have the ability to test 8.0. The api we've identified is supported on 8.0.

[Why is this notable]: Widevine will continue to work on Windows 7. It will not on other browsers unless they employ a similar workaround.

[Suggested wording]: Fix Windows 7 incompatibility with the latest Widevine library to retain Encrypted Media Extensions (EME) support, ensuring support for content from video streaming providers.

Verified on Windows 7 the new Widevine version compatibility 4.10.2830.0, using ESR 115.16 Firefox build, no issue encountered.
