FIPS-203 has been finalized, a codepoint has been assigned to the ML-KEM-768 + X25519 hybrid key exchange for TLS 1.3 (mlkem768x25519), and we have indications that server-side support for mlkem768x25519 will be widespread by mid-October. We should stop offering xyber768d00 in our ClientHello in Firefox 132, and we should offer mlkem768x25519 instead.
